
What began as a casual pastime in a shed during the pandemic has blossomed into a passion for crafting the finest coffee for all to enjoy. After a decade and a half of working for others, I realized it was time for a change. A desire to spend more quality time with my family and to pursue something that truly sparked my passion led me to this point. The idea of making people happy, even in a small way, by providing them with a delicious cup of coffee to start their day is my ultimate goal.
We strive to use only the best beans and experiment with different roasts to extract the most delectable flavors. Each bean is unique, even if it comes from the same country or region, and thus no two flavors are exactly alike. We purchase small-batch, micro-lot beans to ensure the most diverse and exceptional flavors possible.
Unlike larger roasters who aim for consistency in flavor, we celebrate the diversity of flavors, hoping to provide our customers with unique and delicious taste experiences. Additionally, our purchasing philosophy is to support small farmers, women’s co-ops, and any other ethical opportunities that arise.
In the end, there is no right or wrong way to enjoy your morning coffee. Who are we to dictate how you should enjoy it? Our only goal is to provide you with the best-tasting coffee, however you prefer it.
